What is a Yogi Diet?

Yoga, Indian, Yoga Guy, Meditation, Symbol, Body

Yogis follow the principle that mind and food are connected to one another. This means that in order to achieve innate balance, the food that you eat matters. This requires a plant-based diet which has an array of health benefits in and of itself. Plant-based foods reduce acidity in the body and balance your pH levels which can strengthen your immune system and promote healthy digestion. Additionally, this diet is rich in fibre which can boost metabolism and ensure that your body is functioning at its optimum.
